This project included rehabilitation of a recorded Historically Significant 1890’s commercial building in the center of the downtown. Scope of work included replacing/repairing structural components, such as sunken concrete floors, loose columns without foundation, minimally supported structural beams, and basement access. Mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems were upgraded.
