Architectural services included analysis, construction documents preparation & daily construction observation for emergency replacement of the roofing system. Five buildings at three Chicago locations were reroofed with a PVC single-ply system totaling approximately 10,000 square feet. The project included replacing the ballasted EPDM roofing system, aluminum coping, gutter and downspouts and original asphalt built-up roofing systems. This project was completed during non-occupied hours.
