Analysis, construction documents & construction observation were provided for this project which included replacement of the ballasted roofing system on approximately 43,000 square feet of rood on two buildings with a white modified bitumen roofing system; Rehabilitation of masonry façade included rebuilding a bowed wall, reconstructing lintels over all windows, repairing expansion joints and tuckpointing.
